803-F212X

The 803-F212X is a rotating cam limit switch from the series of 1983 Opto-Cams, designed to use a photo eye in order to actuate and offer high-quality optical resolutions. For this reason, the 803-F212X is used primarily for applications requiring high-speed positioning of more than 3600 Revolutions Per Minute, where the mechanical switch cannot function anymore. The 803-F212X  is manufactured uniquely so that it has anywhere between 2 and 40 circuit rotating cam limit switch assemblies with enclosures rated for NEMA 1, 4, 7, and 12. Additionally, it is embedded with AC and DC outputs with a 3-amp plug-in of up to 22 outputs. It also comes with a 3-inch micro-adjust cam that helps offer precision settings from 1 to 359 degrees.

The device is made up of numerous economical and high-performance features to offer easy and flexible interface. This includes the Solid-State AC or DC outputs to ensure there is efficient power solution, exactitude Cam fine-tuning at any rawboned position of the Camshaft, and speeds that range from 0 to 3,600 RPM in all directions.  With this product, a special Cam for a certain contact setting from 4 to 356 degrees is not required, no tools are required in order to adjust the Cam setting, and it comes with accurate repeatability. The 803-F212X switch comes with some specifications to make its user operation interface simple and flexible. For example; it has a straight frequency drive and Right Angle Gear Reducers, it is equipped with Double Ended Shafts, and it comes with a special shaft extension and keyway. All these features make the Allen-Bradley 803-F212X ideal for any industrial application that requires high positioning.
