The 803-PL12X 803 Rating Cam Limit Switch from Allen-Bradley is a circuit controller for heavy-duty machinery that has repetitive operation cycles. It is used in industrial applications where the machine motion corresponds to the shaft rotation. It is designed for long-life, heavy-duty applications, and it has a factory-modified double shaft extension with a high-speed and low-cost internal cam adjustment, and with a cam code designator sequence from the first cam on the device. The device has an integral 25A N.C contact with 150A/15A and 30A/3A MAKE/BREAK ratings at 120 Volts and 600 Volts AC, respectively, and it has 1A DC MAKE/BREAK ratings at 230 to 250 Volts DC, respectively. The 803-PL12X has 12 sequenced cam-opened contacts, with a spring-loaded cam-roller, a rotating shaft with 400 RPM as the maximum shaft speed, and 2 cam assemblies that have adjustable segments.
