The Allen-Bradley 803-PL8LH is a Style P rotating cam limit switch from Allen-Bradley’s Bulletin 803 Series of cam limit switches. Rotating cam limit switches are capable of sensing the movement of rotating machinery (shafts) and capable of initiating different functions at various points on the shaft’s repetitive cycle. These cam limit switches open and close their contacts at different angles during the machine shaft rotation.
