Allen Bradley Bulletin 805 foot switches can operate as pilot control devices for AC and DC magnetic contactors. They are suitable for various machine tool applications, including punch presses, riveting machines, welding machines, and tire machines. Some Bulletin 805 foot switches include guards and shields to protect the switch treadles. Bulletin 805 foot switches are designed as single-pole, double-throw, fast-action switches. These foot switches have normally-closed and normally-open contacts, and depressing the treadle of the foot switches opens the normally-closed contacts and closes the normally-open contacts. The contacts return to their original positions when the foot switch is released.
