The Allen-Bradley 1756-IF16K module is an analog I/O module with a conformal coating for Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5580 controllers. There are 16 single-ended inputs on the 1756-IF16K module, out of which 8 can be used as differential inputs and 4 as high-speed differential inputs. The module can be used for voltage and current input. The input ranges that are supported are ±10 Volts, 0 to 10 Volts, 0 to 5 Volts, and 0 to 20 milliamps. The input resolution is 320 microvolts/count (15 bits + sign bipolar) at ±10.25 Volts, 160 microvolts/count (16 bits) at 0 to 10.25 Volts, 80 microvolts/count (16 bits) at 0 to 5.125 Volts, and 0.32 microamps/count (16 bits) at 0 to 20.5 milliamps.

The module current draw for the 1756-IF16K module is 65 milliamps at 24 Volts and it is 150 milliamps at 5.1 Volts. Total backplane power consumption is 2.33 Watts.
