The 1756-L72EROMS controller is a specialized industrial controller. The Allen-Bradley 1756-L72EROMS is an Armor GuardLogix controller. It comes with 2 channels, a 4 MB standard memory, 0.98 MB I/O memory, and a 2 MB safety memory, allowing standard and safety communication options on EtherNet/IP networks. This controller has a maximum analog I/O of 4000 and maximum digital I/O and total I/O of 128,000 each. The 1756-L72EROMS also comes with an additional 1 GB SD card memory already installed to the controller, but you can upgrade it to 2 GB. Up to 256 EtherNet/IP and 128 TCP network connections per network module can be supported by this controller. Note that the 1756-L72EROMS controller does not have controller redundancy.
