The 5094-OW4IS module is an output module from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This safety digital relay output module is available through the FLEX 5000 series that offers multiple components in order to meet the requirements of different applications. The 5094-OW4IS module has an open enclosure and the T4 temperature code (ATEX, IECEx, North American).
