The 5094-OW4IS output module is a safety digital type of Allen-Bradley output module. It has been designed and manufactured in the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation Flex 5000 series. The 5094-OW4IS safety digital output module only has 4 isolated relay outputs. It does not support fusing. The 5094-OW4IS safety digital output module can support output voltage ranges of 5 to 125 Volts DC and 5 to 240 Volts AC.

The 5094-OW4IS module is an output module from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This safety digital relay output module is available through the FLEX 5000 series that offers multiple components in order to meet the requirements of different applications. The 5094-OW4IS module has an open enclosure and the T4 temperature code (ATEX, IECEx, North American). The module is tested for operation on a temperature range of -40 to 70 degrees Celsius (-40 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can be stored in temperature ranges from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). The 5094-OW4IS module features an off-state leakage of 0 milliAmps and it does not include onboard snubbers. The module has a maximum output delay time of 20 milliseconds off to on and of 10 milliseconds on to off. The safety reaction time (SRT) of the module is 20 milliseconds. In addition to that, the mean bounce time is 1 millisecond.
