The 2080-RTD2 controller operates as an intelligent relay with high-current relay outputs, but it only has the programming capabilities of a micro PLC. However, the controller does have a 12-point form factor.

The 2080-RTD2 is designed only for machine control. It has flexible communication and I/O capabilities for up to 5 extensions with a 10, 16, 24, or 48-point form factor.
