The Allen-Bradley 1771-CP2 PLC-5 Power Supply Cable is a 5 feet (1.52 meters) long power supply cable for the Allen-Bradley PLC-5 (Programmable Logic Controller) power module, which easily connects the compatible rack mounted Allen-Bradley 1771-A1B, A2B, A3B, and A4B I/O chassis to the remotely used Allen-Bradley 1771-P7 power module. This power cable, like all PLC cables, is designed to be flexible, so as to accommodate considerable bend without undergoing permanent stress, and it is designed with 2 similar connecting ends (2 D-Shell) that are fitted with supplied screws for secure connections.

When connecting the 1771-P7 power module to the rack-mounted I/O chassis, both the rack-mounted I/O chassis and the power supply module are connected to one end each of the power cable, and it is fastened with the user-supplied connecting screws. The 1771-CP2 PLC-5 Power Supply Cable has a maximum cable length of 1.52 meters, and it can, therefore, afford 1.52 meters of maximum connection length between the rack-mounted I/O chassis and the power module. The 1771-CP2  has a 0 to 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) operating temperature range around a non-condensing relative humidity range of 5 to 95%, and it has a -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit) storage temperature. It has a conformal coating to prevent wear from harsh industrial environments, and it is CE and C-TICK certified.
