The Allen-Bradley 1771-OZC is a digital relay contact output module. Eight N.O. or normally-open output points are available with this module. It has a DC operating voltage of 0-24V DC, a backplane current of 420 mA, and a maximum continuous current per module of 0.1 A. This module also has maximum voltages of 30 VA at 138V AC and 20 VA at 125V DC. AC and DC signal delays are present with the 1771-OZC module. In particular, the typical AC signal delay is 45 ms +/- 15 and the typical DC signal delay is 50 ms, both when the module is in an off state. It uses a 1771-WD wiring arm and is rack mountable. The approximate size and weight of the 1771-OZC module are 1 x 6 x 10 inches and 14 oz respectively. Note that this module contains mercury, so it is important that you handle it with care. Excessive vibration may break the glass capsule where the mercury is stored.
