The Allen-Bradley 5710-ID5A Pyramid Integrator 418MB SCSI Industrial Disk is a 418 Megabyte industrial disk which is an integral component of the Pyramid Integrator (PI) peripheral system and a backup memory module for the MicroVAX information processor module. This disk is installed on the MicroVAX Information Processor modules, and it has an internal disk chassis just underneath the front panel cover. The 5710-ID5A has a selectable operating voltage of 115 Volts AC and 230 Volts AC, but it comes with a default setting of 230 Volts AC which can be easily changed to 115 Volts AC via a voltage switch. This disk, unlike some in the series, has an address setting, which must be set before its installation on the MicroVAX processor, and to install on the processor, the 5710-ID5A needs to be addressed to 0 and to 1.
