The Allen-Bradley 1745-E157 SLC 150 is an I/O module in the SLC 150 I/O module series with 20 current sourcing optically-isolated 10 to 30 Volts DC inputs control with red LED indicators numbered A1-A10 and B1-B10. When used in conjunction with a processor unit, the 1745-E157 can achieve a maximum expansion of up to 112 I/O points. It also has 12 transistor-based and hard contact outputs with 12 red LED indicators. Its hard contact output has a contactor with 10 to 125 Volts DC and a current of 2.5 Amps rating at a resistance of 20 milliohms. The 1745-E157 has an electrical isolation of 2000 Volts tested between output contacts in control logic and uses the Bussman 3 Amps slow blow fuse for circuit protection.
The 1745-E157’s transistor base output has a voltage rating of 10 to 50 Volts DC and a current of 1 Amp which both gradually de-rate at 60 degrees Celsius to 0.5 Amps. It has a surge current of 2 Amps for 20 milliseconds which is repeatable every 2 seconds and a maximum load of 1.0mA at a current leakage of 0.1mA. The base outputs are optically-isolated from a voltage of 1500 Volts tested between control logic and output voltage, and it offers circuit protection through its San-OSOC ST4-2A standard fuse type. The 1745-E157 has a voltage rating between 10 and 30 Volts DC, with an OFF state voltage of 4 Volts at 1.0mA. It inputs also has an ON and OFF filter delay time of 4 to 8 milliseconds. The 1745-E157 has an input nominal current of 8.0 Amps and has an electrical-optical isolation voltage of 1500 Volts between the input voltage and control logic.
