The 1746-IM4 SLC 500 AC Input Module by Allen-Bradley is an AC input module installed in the 1746 I/O chassis and it has four 200-240V AC inputs. It also has an operational AC voltage range between 170 and 265V AC at 47-63 Hz line frequency and it draws a Chassis backplane current of 0.035A at 5.0V DC and of 0.0A at 24V DC. The inputs signal in the module has a maximum circuit status transmission delay time of 35ms for ON condition and one of 45ms for OFF condition. In its OFF state, the 1746-IM4 module has a maximum 50V AC voltage loss in its circuit and the maximum leakage current in this state is 2.0mA. The 1746-IM4 has a nominal input current of 12mA at a nominal voltage of 240V AC and the maximum current surge on each output point is 1.6A with a 500µsec surge duration.
