The Allen-Bradley 1746-P6 is an SLC 500 power supply module. Its typical line power requirement is 100 VA, its nominal input voltage is 48V DC, and its line voltage that ranges from 30-60V DC. Its maximum inrush current is 20 A, maximum real input power is 100 W, and 24V DC user-power current capacity is 200 mA. It also has current capacities of 5 A at 5V DC and 0.96 A at 24V DC and a 24V DC user-power voltage range of 18-30V DC. The 1746-P6 power supply also comes with a user output current of 0.2 A at 24V DC. This power supply's terminals provide an isolated and non-fused 200 mA, 24V DC power supply. The CPU hold up times of the 1746-P6 power supply for 0V are 1500 ms for no load and 5 ms for a full load. It also has an isolation between input terminals and backplane of 1800V AC RMS for 1 second. The operating temperature is 0-60 ËšC, with the current capacity derated 5% above 55 ËšC, and the non-operating temperature is -40-85 ËšC. It also has a non-condensing relative humidity of 5-95%. For the 1746-P6 Series A power supply, when the SLC operation encounters a 24V DC user shutdown, the CPU process continues and the recovery procedure works to correct the overcurrent condition. To avoid this, you should monitor the 24V DC user output with a 24V DC input channel. Note that to power 24V DC loads and sensors, it is recommended that you use the PWR OUT +24V DC and POWER OUT COM terminals. Note that the 1746-P6 power supply does not have a jumper installed. Its fuse protection is soldered into place and is meant to protect the power supply from fire hazards caused by short circuit conditions only. Up to 2 #14 AWG wires can be connected to a terminal. It measures 9.25 x 6.73 x 5.71 inches and is rack mountable.
