The Allen-Bradley 1746-QS Synchronized Axes Control Module come with four axes for closed servo position control. This module can change the parameters of motion when the axis moves. This module can read the axis’s position and update the drive output every 2 ms for the exact position even at high speed. This module is designed to be used with the hydraulic configurator. Critical adjustment can increase pressure spikes. To lower the performance rate, use a smaller value of the accel or decel in-motion commands. Using the S-curve feature (Command Mode) to slow down is another alternative.
