The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1746-RT25C module is a removable terminal block or RTB module. It is available from the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation SLC 500 series of controllers, I/O modules, and accessories. The 1746-RT25C removable terminal block is an orange terminal block and this means that it is meant to be used with relay output modules from the SLC 500 series. This removable terminal block uses screws to connect to the compatible relay output modules, which have orange bands on them to show that they are compatible. The 1746-RT25C removable terminal block also has a label that the users can write its module, slot, and chassis information on.

The Allen-Bradley 1746-RT25C is a replaceable terminal block. It comes with a 32-140 °F ambient temperature rating. It is a general-purpose orange terminal block. It is applicable with relay contact output modules. These are the 1746-OW16, -OX8 modules. The 1746-RT25C has 16 Input/output with 18 terminals at most. It is gold plated to protect its contact plating. This replaceable terminal block allows you to remove I/O modules without rewiring. The color band on the module helps you match it to the correct type of terminal block. For secure wiring, the terminal block has self-lifting pressure plates. The 1746-RT25C has barriers on 3 sides to protect against AC wiring short.
