The Allen-Bradley 1746-RT25G terminal block is a removable terminal block and a spare part. It is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation in the SLC 500 product line. The 1746-RT25G removable terminal block can be used with compatible SLC 500 series I/O modules in both non-hazardous environments and in Class 1 and Division 2 types of hazardous environments. Its normal operating temperature range is 0 to 55 degrees Celsius or 32 to 133 degrees Fahrenheit. The 1746-RT25G removable terminal block can be stored at a temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius or -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Allen-Bradley 1746-RT25G is a 1746 removable terminal block. It is a general-purpose/specialty green terminal block. It has 16 Inputs/outputs with 18 terminals at most. It is gold-plated to protect its contact plating. The 1746-RT25G removable terminal block is compatible with a variety of specialty 1746 I/O modules. These are the 1746-HSCE, -HSCE2, -IO12, -NR4, - NI8, -NI16I, -NI16V, -NO8I, -NO8V modules. This replaceable terminal block allows you to remove I/O modules without rewiring. The color band on the module helps you match it to the correct designated type of terminal block. Installing a wired RTB with the wrong module can damage the circuitry of the module. Avoid installing or removing the RTB when the SLC 500 system is ON. For secure wiring, the terminal block has self-lifting pressure plates. It has barriers on 3 sides to protect against an AC wiring short.
