The Allen-Bradley 1747-M11 is an SLC 500 memory module**.** It is a flash EEPROM that is compatible with the 5/03, 5/04, and the 5/05 processors and has a user memory backup of 32KB. You can use it for the 1747-L532, 1747-L541, 1747-L542, and the 1747-L543 SLC processors. However, the 1747-M11 memory module is not compatible with the 1746-BAS and 1746-BAST modules.
The 1747-M11 Series A memory modules can only be installed in SLC 5/03 Series A or Series B processors. On the other hand, the 1747-M11 Series B memory modules can only be installed in SLC 5/03 OS302 processors, SLC 5/04 OS401 processors, and SLC 5/05 processors. You will need the 1747-M15 memory module adapter to install the 1747-M11 to the user-supplied PROM programmer.
