The Plus 6181P series is an industrial computer series with integrated displays. The series is designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. These computers help in the visualization and control of processes by using display information. The company offers a 1-year warranty on all the 6181 display computers starting from the date of installation. These display computers are available in 12.1, 15, and 17-inch sizes. All of the displays are TFT screens and they are equipped with a resistive touchscreen option. No keypad is available with the 6181 series computers. The display bezel of the display computers is made up of aluminum or stainless steel. The Plus 6181P displays are available in both standard or performance editions. The users can choose between the Intel Celeron or the Intel Core Duo processors. The displays are also available with different amounts of RAM (2 GB DDR2 or 4 GB DDR2) and they are equipped with expansion slots with 2 PCI express slots. For removable media, the display computers are equipped with a DVD-RW/CD-RW drive. All the 6181 display variants are equipped with 1 or 2 serial ports, 1 parallel port, 2 PS/2 ports, 2 GB Ethernet, 4 or 5 USB ports, 1 DVI-I port, and 3 audio ports.

The Allen-Bradley Plus 6181P display computers run on the Windows operating systems, including the XP professional or the embedded standard 2009 system. The display panels can be mounted by using the panel mounting or wall mounting base. The temperature required for normal operation for these display computers is between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius and the non-operation temperature range is between -20 and 60 degrees Celsius. The Plus 6181P computers come with different enclosure ratings. including the UL50, IEC, and the IP 66 ratings. They have also been certified with the Class 1 Division 2 and ATEX hazardous location certifications, which makes it possible for the display panels to operate in harsh environmental conditions.
