The Allen-Bradley 2711P-K12C6A1 is a smart operator terminal from the Allen-Bradley VersaView CE series. Its counterpart model from the Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 6 series is the 2711P-K12C4A8. The 2711P-K12C6A1’s display is a color TFT screen with a display area of 246 x 184 mm. The resolution of the display is 800 x 600, and it supports 18-bit color graphics. The display backlight is rated for 50,000 hours at 25°C. The keypad is rated for 1 million presses (at an operating force of 340 gm) and it supports 40 function keys. The system battery is rated for a minimum of 4 years at 25°C and it is field replaceable.

The 2711P-K12C6A1 has 512 MB of RAM, and 512 MB of non-volatile memory (of which 79 MB is available for user applications). The memory can be extended by installing SD cards into the SD card slot.
