The Allen-Bradley 2711P-T9W22A9P is a PanelView Plus 7 Performance operator terminal. This operator terminal specifically features a widescreen display with viewing area of 196 x 118 mm (7.7 x 4.6 in.) and resolution of 800 x 480 WVGA in 18-bit color graphics and aspect ratio of 5:3. Provided operator interface is via the analog resistive touchscreen component that is designed to operate up to 1 million actuations with a recommended actuation force of 100 grams. It has a dual Ethernet communication interface that may be used in linear network topologies as well as Star and Device Level Ring (DLR) for redundancy and high-availability network applications.

This operator terminals supports portrait and landscape mounting as it supports screen rotation. Permitted rotation includes 0 Degrees, 90 Degrees and 270 Degrees. The screen may be calibrated as needed by the user to ensure accuracy of presses. Similarly, the screen has an adjustable brightness to provide ease of viewing an a screen saver feature to conserve backlight life.

The Allen-Bradley 2711P-T9W22A9P also supports KepServer for communication with a variety of devices using different OPC compliant protocols.

The 2711P-T9W22A9P has an embedded internal system memory that amounts to 1 GB Random Access Memory (RAM) and 512 MB storage and 80 MB free user memory.
