The Allen-Bradley 2711P-T9W22D9P is an operator terminal from the PanelView Plus 7 Performance product family. It permits operation of a connected process or machine locally or remotely by integrating controller data and display this in manner that mimics exactly the process or via a group display that organizes the important monitoring and control points of the process.

Visualization is provided by the 9-inch widescreen display that has an effective viewing area of 196 x 118 mm (7.7 x 4.6 in.), display resolution of 800 x 480 WVGA and Aspect ratio 5:3. Operator control is introduced through the analog resistive touchscreen component with actuation rating of 1 million presses and operating force of 100 grams. Simultaneously, data integration is achieved using any One or both of the built-in dual Ethernet interfaces. These Ethernet interfaces have physical RJ45 ports that support Ethernet I/P communication including Allen-Bradley Common Industrial Protocol (CIP). Communication may be implemented in Linear for simplex architecture as well as Star and Device Level Ring (DLR) for redundant, high-availability architecture.

This runtime version executes the application and provide users the operational workspace and interaction. System functions include file viewers, remote connectivity, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), web connectivity, media player, Active-X control and other functionalities.

Additionally, the touchscreen has an actuation rating of one million presses. External storage is provided through the provided USB ports and One (1) Secure Digital (SD) card slot. It also contains Two (2) Ethernet ports, supporting 10/100 Base-T and auto MDI/MDI-X Ethernet ports that support linear, star and Device Level Ring (DLR). The 2711P-T9W22D9P weighs about 1.58 kilograms, with dimensions of 190 x 280 x 69.9 millimeters.
