The Allen-Bradley 2711P-RP9D is an accessory component of PanelView Plus 6 700-1500 graphic operator terminals. This component is specifically a Logic module, which is used to replace an existing logic module of an operator terminals.

The 2711P-RP9D may only be used with the PanelView Plus 6 700-1500 product range as these PanelView models are the scalable models. Any PanelView hardware, including the PanelView Plus 6 400-600 comes with a logic module however, the latter model’s logic module is not removable.

Logic module hosts the major circuitry of the operator terminal. It hosts the input power circuitry, communication interfaces, memory modules, processor and data storage. The integrated memory size amounts to 512 MB Random Access Memory (RAM) and 512 MB Non-volatile memory with 79 MB approximately free-user memory.
