Eaton Cutler-Hammer DS7 Series

The Eaton DS7 Series is a soft starter series. DS7 soft starters are available in different sizes and with several standard features, including status LEDs, mounting holes for screw fixing, control signal terminals, and cutouts for DIN rail mounting. Many DS7 soft starters operate with 200-480V of mains supply voltage and 24V DC, 24V AC/DC, or 120/230V AC of control voltage. These starters have IP00 or IP20-rated enclosures. DS7 starters are avaiable with a variety of current ratings suitable for different motor starting applications. These soft starters use 4 SCRs to control the current and voltage levels that are applied to the connected motor.
