The S811+T24V3S industrial soft starter is made by Eaton and it is one of the available soft starters from the Eaton S811+ series of soft starters. This soft starter is used with various 3-phase motors in different industrial settings and it is intended to be used in any system where the motor starting process should be electrically and mechanically smooth in order for it to gain total control over the application process to which it is applied. The S811+ series soft starters like the S811+T24V3S soft starter offer built-in communication through dedicated ports, and through digital interface modules (DIM) designed for easy configuration, diagnostics, and parameter manipulation and other capabilities. In addition to that, the S811+T24V3S soft starter is built in accordance with standards such as the CSA 22.2-14-1995, UL 508, IEC60947-4-2, and the CCC GB14048 standards.

The S811+T24V3S soft starter is an inline connected non-combination soft starter that comes as a standard model. It offers functions such as pump control and an extended ramp to stop. The starter includes a premium 690 Volts AC option and it has 3 poles, along with a 200-millimeter frame. The S811+T24V3S soft starter has a maximum current capacity of 240 Amps and it operates on an input voltage of 200 to 600 Volts AC. The overload setting of this soft starter is 30 to 100% and it includes a  5/10/20/30 trip class. This soft starter operates on frequencies between 47 and 63 Hertz and its designated operating temperature is between -30 and 50 degrees Celsius without derating. Also, it should be mentioned that the ramp time range of this model is from 0.5 to 360 seconds. This soft starter can withstand the vibration of 3 G maximum and a shock of 15 G maximum. In addition to that, the S811+T24V3S soft starter can work at altitudes of up to 2000 meters and in places with relative humidity levels below 95%. It weighs about 18.6 kilograms (41 pounds) and it has the following dimensions (L x W x H): 322.9 x 194.4 x 164.4 millimeters (12.71 x 7.65 x 6.47 inches).
