The Eaton Corporation S811+T30N3S 3-pole soft starter is a standard soft starter that provides a 15-second ramp with a 300% current limit at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and it uses an inline connection. This starter can be mounted in almost any NEMA housing since its size has been reduced and streamlined. The Eaton Corporation S811+T30N3S does not come with any premium feature and it comes with a frame with a length of approximately 200 millimeters. This starter needs to be mounted in a place with good ventilation, and note that any nearby surface will start getting hot and this might be dangerous for the users working with and around the starter. The S811+T30N3S support comes with embedded I/O for wiring of external signals such as Stop (Permissive); Start, Jog and Reset. It is also equipped with one (1) Form A, Normally Open (N.O.) contact for bypass indication; one (1) Form C contacts used for device Ready (Normally Close) and Fault (Normally Open). An Emergency Stop button may also be wired across the 24 Volts DC terminals. For terminating signal wires, recommended minimum size of wire is 14 AWD or 2.5 mm2.
