Eaton Cutler-Hammer BQ Series

The Eaton Cutler-Hammer BQ Series is a line of quadplex circuit breakers. Many BQ circuit breakers support HACR applications, and some models support independent tripping options. BQ Series circuit breakers can support optional handle tie bars that join 2 of their separate outside poles for certain applications. Additionally, these quadplex circuit breakers can also support various optional padlockable devices. Some of the padlockable devices can lock the handles of 1 of their independent outside poles, and others can lock the handles of the 2 outer poles or the 2 center poles in 2-pole models. Some BQ Series quadplex circuit breakers 2-pole breakers, and others are single-pole breakers.
