Eaton Cutler-Hammer FP5000 Feeder Protection

The FP-5000 protection relays by Eaton Cutler-Hammer are multifunctional, microprocessor-based relay devices. These relays can be panel-mounted and they are suitable for ANSI and IEC applications. The FP-5000 protection relays can operate on AC or DC control power, and they provide true RMS sensing of ground current and of each phase. These relays come equipped with integrated current, voltage, and operator-selectable protective functions. Just one FP-5000 relay is required per 3-phase circuit in a system. The FP-5000 relays are often used on medium-voltage distribution circuits rated at up to 69 kV.
