The IC694TBB132 is a 36-pin, high-density extended box-style terminal block that is used with the 32 input I/O modules from the PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) series as well as the equivalent Series 90-30 PLC platform. This terminal block is currently manufactured by Emerson Automation that is formerly manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP). The IC694TBB132 features a standard-depth output cover, measuring 23 mm or 0.9 inches. The terminals are designed to be terminated with a wire size range of #14-26 American Wire Gauge (AWG), solid or stranded copper wire. Strip wire ends with a length of 0.310 inches of 7.87 mm. The bottom of the terminal block is designed as a reference to the recommended wire strip length. The recommended tightening torque to be applied to each connection point is 7 lb-inch. To install the IC694TBB132 box style terminal block to its cover, align the top of the terminal block with the bottom of the cover. Inspect the notches and grooves in the cover and the terminal. These must align to ensure that the terminal block will perfectly snap to the module. Once aligned, slide the terminal block upward until a clicking sound is heard. If resistance is felt during the insertion, do not force the module instead, pull out and re-inspect the alignment and possible obstruction before retrying. Once installed with the cover, the assembly may now be attached to the main module. Align the assembly to the front panel ports of the module. Press the terminal assembly straight toward the module until seated. Open the front cover and push back the latch firmly to lock the assembly to its place.

The IC694TBB132 terminal block is a boxed style terminal block manufactured by GE Fanuc. The block supports high-density IO modules. It has 36-pins designed for termination of conductor size between 14-26 AWG. The IC694TBB132 terminal block is accompanied by a screw that is used for a firm connection. The terminal block is compact in size and it has dimensions of 6 inches in length and 6 inches in width. The IC694TBB132 terminal block has an outer cover that is 0.5 inches deeper than the inside. This design helps to accommodate wires with thicker insulation. The tightening torque of the terminal screw is 7 pounds on an inch. The IC694TBB132 terminal block uses the bottom section as a gauge for the wire strip. For isolation, the wire should be fully inserted into the terminal block. The terminal block is easy to install and replace when needed. The wire bundles in the module should be protected on the bottom section of the terminal block. When installing a new block, the top portion and the bottom of the cover should be aligned together, and the notches inside the block are exactly the same and provided with cover grooves. During the removal process, the latch should be pushed below until the block is released.
