The IC695SPF002 module is a small form-factor pluggable scanner module that has been designed and distributed by GE Fanuc Automation and included in its PacSystems series, specifically in the RX3i section. This module consists of a scanner module that connects a remote RX3i I/O rack to a PROFINET controller. This specific model comes with a multi-mode fiber connection with a speed of 100 to 1000 MB per second.
