IC200ALG265

The IC200ALG265 module is an analog input module that has been included in the Versamax series by GE Fanuc Automation. This module comes with different features that help to improve any application process and that enables the main equipment to be attached to input devices within the range of the module. This module comes with 15 voltage inputs and it provides an interface to up to 15 current inputs. This specific module is an improved version of the IC200ALG264 module and it comes with overvoltage protection and improved diagnostics tools. The GE Fanuc Automation IC200ALG265 analog input module comes with input protection that protects the input sense resistors against damage from excessive power. If the module is exposed to radiofrequency interference, the accuracy must be derated at least by +/- 2 percent.

The GE Fanuc Automation IC200ALG265 analog input module has 15 channels that are single-ended and that come organized in a single group. There is no isolation between each of these channels, but the module provides an isolation level of 250 Volts AC continuous and 1500 Volts AC for 1 minute between the frame and ground. The module includes an "OK" LED that turns on when all the connections and the programming have been developed properly. The GE Fanuc Automation IC200ALG265 analog input module comes with an update rate of 7.5 milliseconds and it has an input voltage range of -10 to 10 Volts and an input current range of 1 to 20 milliamperes. The module does not have thermal derating and it does not support an external power supply (it is powered through the backplane power source).
