This leads to rapid equipment repair and reduced downtime. The IC200CHS014 terminal interfaces a connector-style I/O carrier to field wiring from thermocouples. The IC200CHS014 terminal and the connector-style I/O carrier can be mounted on the same DIN rail. The IC200CHS014 terminal can also be mounted separately.
The IC200CHS014 terminal comes with a connector which attaches to a cable from the connector-style I/O carrier. The IC200CHS014 terminal also has 36 box-style terminals. Each box-style terminal on the IC200CHS014 terminal can accommodate 2 copper wires with up to 0.86 square millimeters cross-sections or 1 wire with a 0.36 to 2.1 square millimeters cross-section. Either solid or stranded copper wire can be used. The IC200CHS014 terminal includes an integrated thermistor that provides local cold junction compensation for thermocouple input measurements. The IC200CHS014 terminal measures 4.35 x 4.15 inches. The recommended working temperature range for module operation is from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. The storage/transport temperature range is from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.
