IC200ERM001

The GE Fanuc IC200ERM001 isolated expansion receiver module is manufactured by GE Fanuc. It is part of the Versamax product line. When this module is intended for use with the input and output station or PLC rack, it should be used alongside the expansion transmitter module like the ETM001. The IC200ERM001 module features LED indicators for showing the power status as well as the expansion bus status. It has backplane power that operates on a maximum voltage output rating of 5 Volts. Another notable feature of this module is its 2 female D-shell ports that feature 26 pins. One port on the top receives the expansion transmitter cable while the port on the bottom is intended to help daisy-chain the I/O bus cable to the subsequent expansion rack or to enhances terminator plug attachment on the final rack.

The GE Fanuc IC200ERM001 module draws its power from the installed backplane power supply. When the expansion rack has additional rack power and a power booster carrier, it should be connected to a similar power source on the module. The IC200ERM001 module is installed in the far-left slot on the rack and it needs to be mounted on the DIN rail on the expansion rack's left end. This module also features a rotary switch found below the access door to the GE Fanuc IC200ERM001 module and it is suitable for use in selecting the ID of the expansion rack. The communication and I/O modules can also be used in the expansion racks. All of the power sources should be switched off when the module is being removed from the expansion rack.
