This module is used as part of a VersaMax distributed I/O station or as part of a VersaMax control system utilizing native CPU modules. Being a combination I/O module, the IC200MDD845 has a total of 24 input and output channels which is specifically comprised of 16 input channels supporting positive logic wiring and accepts a nominal signal voltage of 24 VDC; 8 Form A or Normally Open (N.O.) contact outputs that are rated 2.0 Amperes and support conduction of 5/24/125 VDC and 120 / 240 VAC nominal voltages with allowable voltage range of 0-125 VDC and 0-265 VAC. The IC200MDD845 has backplane current consumption of 270 mA, maximum. Individual LED status indicators are assigned to each input and output channel allowing local monitoring of the actuation and energization state of each of the module’s channels. An OK LED is also present to the module indicating that backplane power is continuously being supplied to the IC200MDD845. The input channels of the IC200MDD845 have an On-state current of 2.0-5.5 mA while the Off-state current is 0-0.5 mA.
