The GE Fanuc IC200MDL329 Versamax Discrete Output Module is an AC-powered discrete output module for the Versamax I/O and control system. This module interfaces the CPU and the output devices in a Versamax PLC. The IC200MDL329 Output Module receives 8 bits of discrete output data from the CPU and sends out control signals to output devices like indicator lamps, contactors, and interposing relays in a 2-state discrete format. Intelligent processing for this module is achieved with either a CPU or Network Interface Unit (NIU). The Versamax I/O devices like this one support DIN rail mounting and each I/O module requires a carrier base for installation. The IC200MDL329 Output Module requires an external user-supplied AC power supply to switch the power to the loads.
