About IC200MDL930

The IC200MDL930 module is an 8-point output module manufactured by GE Fanuc. It is part of the Versamax family. The output points of the module are isolated individually. A shorting bar is present in the output module that can carry maximum current of 2 Amps per point. The output module draws 243 milliamps and 5 Volts of power from the backplane. The IC200MDL930 module is fully compatible with both AC and DC loads. The 8 points of the module have their own LED indicators to indicate the presence of field power through the points. The module contact point is by default closed during the active period of the module. The output bit is set to "1" at this point. The installation of the module is easy when using the rack mounting method on the backplane. The output module is certified with the CE, cULus, and other industrial standards. It is made for use in global settings.

 

The IC200MDL930 output module is an intelligent device and it can perform faster processing than other similar modules. This output module is free from output leakage current. The relays of each point are designed with a fixed coil and an armature. The response time for on/off is slower than it is other Versamax modules, at a time period of 10 milliseconds. The module comes with a switching frequency of 20 cycles per minute for inductive loads. No internal fuse or snubber are present in this output module variant. The IC200MDL930 module is cooled with forced air cooling to keep its ambient temperature in a range between 0 and 30 degrees Celsius. Thermal derating starts when the ambient temperature exceeds the maximum temperature rating.
