The Honeywell SPXCDULNTXT serves as a versatile toxic gas transmitter, built to provide accurate sensing in industrial applications. It functions on voltages ranging from 12 to 32 VDC, with a nominal voltage of 24 VDC. Weighing 4.4 lbs, this unit is built to withstand challenging environmental conditions with an IP66 ingress protection rating, making it dust-tight and capable of withstanding water jets.

The operational temperature for this transmitter spans from -40°C to 65°C, allowing it to be effectively used in harsh environments. Storage capabilities are equally robust, permitting temperatures between -25°C and 65°C. Regarding humidity tolerance, the unit can continuously operate within a range of 20% to 90% relative humidity and tolerate intermittent conditions up to 99% relative humidity, all without condensation.

Constructed from an epoxy-painted LM25 aluminum alloy, the housing ensures durability in sensitive applications. Its maximum inrush current is recorded at 800 mA when running at 24 VDC, and it has a maximum power consumption rating of 3.7 watts when connected to an electrochemical sensor, which must be ordered separately.

The output signal is configured as a 4-20 mA (selectable for sinking or sourcing), without support for the Modbus protocol. The relay options include three SPDT ratings of 5A at 250 VAC, allowing for two alarms plus one fault condition. For cable connectivity, it features two cable entry points of 3/4" NPT. The mounting options include an integral plate fitted with four M8 bolt holes or an optional pipe mount kit, providing flexibility in installation.
