Honeywell ControlEdge HC900 series logic and process controllers are modular and designed to be scalable. They can control a variety of process equipment and systems. The ControlEdge HC900 controllers have touchscreens that are easy to use. These controllers can also support customized pinpoint control applications. ControlEdge HC900 controllers are available in 3 rack sizes and with 3 CPU performance levels. They support Ethernet communication and can be used in systems with several local and/or remote I/O racks. Logic controllers in the ControlEdge HC900 series support higher analog processing levels and PID loop control performance than many other logic controllers.

The Honeywell GR Series recorders are solid-state paperless chart recorders that can replace older paper recorders in food and beverage, water treatment, power, thermal processing, and manufacturing applications. Most GR Series recorders support unlimited mounting angles for easy installation. These recorders support password systems for security, and several models can be equipped with optional inputs and outputs. They can also support a variety of optional alarm features. GR Series recorders support a variety of languages and can measure temperatures in Fahrenheit, Celsius, or Kelvin. Display values on GR Series recorders can be updated every second.

Honeywell variable frequency drives from the 3G SmartVFD series are HVAC system variable frequency drives. They are suitable for many HVAC pump, compressor, and fan control applications and for controlling 3-phase induction motors, permanent magnet motors, and synchronous reluctance motors. The 3G SmartVFD drives communicate efficiently with building control systems, and they feature several inputs and outputs. These drives have graphical keypads and interfaces that make them easy to use and program. Models are available with NEMA 1 or NEMA 12 enclosure ratings and with different AC supply voltage ratings. The 3G SmartVFD drives can operate at 98% efficiency with full loads.

The Honeywell 7800 Series is a line of burner control modules that can control many types of automatic-fired burners. They can be used in automatically fired oil, gas, and combination fuel applications that include single burners. The 7800 Series burner control modules support maximum ambient temperatures of 60 degrees Celsius and maximum relative humidity ratings of 85%. These burner control modules support optional plug-in modules for custom applications. The 7800 Series burner control modules are compatible with most Honeywell flame rods and optical flame detectors. They include keypads and status LEDs on the front panels.

Honeywell's DR4500 circular chart recorders are suitable for pharmaceuticals, food processing, environmental testing, heat treatment, water/wastewater treatment, and manufactured goods applications. They are microprocessor-based devices that create their own charts, eliminating the need for pre-printed charts. The DR4500 circular chart recorders have 12-inch diameters and integral PID controllers. They also have digital displays and operator interfaces that are easy to use. Different models are available with different numbers and types of pens and different numbers and types of inputs and outputs. DR4500 circular chart recorders can process data and create charts accurately under their current environmental conditions without being affected by temperatures or humidity levels.

The Honeywell Durafet series includes a variety of pH-sensing electrodes. The Durafet electrodes have ISFET (Ion-Sensitive Field Effect Transistor) sensors that are not made of glass and are designed to be unbreakable. The Durafet electrodes provide dependable pH measurements quickly and accurately. These electrodes combine measuring and reference features with automatic temperature compensators, making them suitable for varying temperature and pH levels. Electrodes from the Durafet II subcategory of the Durafet series can be ordered with PC board connectors, and some electrodes from the Durafet III subcategory have sanitary designs for food-handling applications.

Honeywell HercuLine 10260 actuators are available in 10260A and 10260S product lines. HercuLine 10260A actuators are rotary actuators with medium-torque ratings between 10 and 300 pounds on a foot, and HercuLine 10260S actuators are smart actuators with microprocessor-based EEUs. The HercuLine 10260S actuators are suitable for controlling gas/air valves, furnace pressure dampers, coal mill dampers, and windbox dampers. The HercuLine 10260 actuators support almost instantaneous starting and stopping to reduce dead time and non-contact position sensing for high precision. These actuators include programmable output relays for process monitoring.

Honeywell's HercuLine 2000 series electric actuators are low-torque actuators rated for 50 to 400 pounds on an inch of torque. They also include microprocessor-based EEUs (Enhanced Electronics Units) and are suitable for positioning dampers and quarter-turn butterfly valves. The HercuLine 2000 actuators support Modbus RTU and RS485 communication, and they can also integrate into HART communication systems. These actuators can start and stop quickly, reducing dead time and the chances of overshooting. They support non-contact position sensing for high repeatability (up to 0.2% of the span.) The HercuLine 2000 actuators can operate at up to 99% non-condensing relative humidity.

Honeywell HercuLine 2001 rotary actuators operate with low torque and high precision. They support digital control and current proportional control. Standard HercuLine 2001 actuators do not include keypads or displays, but models with keypads and displays are available if needed. These actuators are designed to be easy to set up and easy to configure, and they support network communications and onboard health monitoring. The HercuLine 2001 rotary actuators have die-cast aluminum enclosures. These actuators are single-phase AC devices, and models are available with voltage ratings of 100-130V AC or 200-240V AC at 50/60 Hz.

Honeywell's HercuLine 2002 actuators are low-torque rotary actuators. They are also smart actuators designed for current proportional control and digital control applications. The HercuLine 2002 actuators have similar functions and features to the HercuLine 2001 actuators, but the 2002 actuators can support severe service applications that require non-contact position sensing. HercuLine 2002 actuator models are available with keypads and displays, but standard HercuLine 2002 actuators do not include keypads and displays. HercuLine 2002 actuators are easy to set up and support network communications.

The Honeywell IFD series includes automatic burner controllers. They are compatible with stage-controlled and modulating direct-ignition gas burners. IFD burner controllers can ignite and monitor burners in addition to controlling them. The IFD controllers have fully electronic designs that support quick reactions and frequent cycling. These burner controllers support maximum signal line lengths of 75M. The IFD controllers have displays that allow users to read flame signal levels and program statuses easily and directly. Users can set the controllers' cutoff points through a potentiometer and select the controllers' reaction to flame failures through a switch. IFD burner controllers can either restart or have an immediate fault lockout during a flame failure.

Honeywell's Modutrol IV series includes motors and motor accessories. Many Modutrol IV motors can control valves and dampers, and these motors are available in spring-return and non-spring-return models. The Modutrol IV series also includes reversing and proportional motors, as well as actuators. The Modutrol IV motors that control valves and dampers use current and voltage signals to position the valves and dampers at points between closed and open. Some Modutrol IV motors support manual potentiometers. Several Modutrol IV motors have auxiliary switch cams and dual shafts that are slotted and tapped on both ends.
