The Honeywell UDC1200 series model DC1201-2-2-1-3-1-0-0-0 is an efficient digital controller well suited for demanding applications. Its primary input is selectable from a universal input type, allowing considerable flexibility in accommodating different sensor outputs. Data is sampled at a rate of 4 times per second, ensuring rapid and reliable feedback for control processes. The controller features three output types: two solid-state relay (SSR) drivers, and one electromechanical SPDT relay for additional operational versatility. The SSR drivers are capable of operating with outputs down to a minimum of 10 VDC, provided the load or open collector meets the 500 Ohm minimum requirement.

For power requirements, the unit operates within a broad supply voltage range of 90 to 264 VAC and supports a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz. The power consumption is limited to 4 VA, providing an efficient solution for maintenance of control functions. Designed to operate effectively in various environmental conditions, the controller can function within ambient temperatures ranging from 0 °C to +55 °C and can be safely stored from -20 °C to +80 °C.
