Each unit is equipped with a custom daughterboard alongside EPROM, which enables executed configurations tailored to application needs, while also eliminating the necessity for battery-backed memory.

Both input and output channels achieve a data transfer rate of 64 words, or 128 bytes, ensuring efficient communication processes. In terms of fault management, this module supports several generation options. Fault chain, remote parity, and input parity faults are included to provide comprehensive monitoring and reliability. The module supports external power supply configurations of 5V DC and 24V DC, facilitating versatile power management across different setups.
