Johnson Controls' AS-UNT112-1 is a unitary controller module designed for versatile operating conditions and a variety of input/output configurations. It offers six analog inputs capable of connecting to RTD temperature sensors, 0-10 VDC transducers, or setpoint potentiometers rated at 2K ohms, ensuring compatibility with a broad range of sensing technologies.

Additionally, the module features four binary inputs, which include dry contacts and a momentary push button, as well as an accumulation input for BI4, enhancing its functionality in control environments. For its output capabilities, the AS-UNT112-1 provides eight triacs, capable of 0.5 amps at 24 VAC, with selectable options for low or high side common.

This unit operates on power requirements of 24 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz and a maximum load of 40 VA. It is built to function effectively within an operating temperature spectrum that stretches from -40°C to 70°C and can withstand the same conditions during storage, ensuring reliability in extreme environments with relative humidity levels from 10% to 90% RH.

Moreover, all binary outputs are electrically isolated, which is critical for protecting circuits under various operational scenarios. The communication protocol utilized by the AS-UNT112-1 is via an isolated N2 bus, facilitating safe data transfer. The controller module can be easily terminated using an 8-pin phone jack or terminal block, adding to its installation flexibility and user-friendliness.
