Johnson Controls V48 Series

The Johnson Controls V48 Series valves support cooling applications with condensing units on atmospheric and forced-draft cooling towers. These valves can be used in single and multiple condenser hook-ups. They support manual flushing when needed. The V48 Series includes several 3-way valve models that can support 150 psi of water supply pressure. These valves must be used with non-corrosive refrigerants. Some valve models have threaded inlet and outlet ports, and some have union ports. Several seat repair kits and replacement sensing elements are available for repairing compatible V48 Series valves. These valves are available for pipe sizes of up to 1.5 inches.
