The Mitsubishi A1SY60 module is a MELSEC-A series output and conversion adapter module. It was designed to be a transistor-based output module with sink-type transistor outputs. The A1SY60 module has 16 transistor output points available. Each common in the A1SY60 output module is linked to 8 output points, enabling effective load distribution. The A1SY60 module is optimized for 24 V DC of load voltage, and it can handle a load current rating of up to 2 A. The A1SY60 output module’s leakage current rating is 0.1 mA or less for the OFF circuit. The response time for switching from OFF to ON or from ON to OFF is 2 ms or less, ensuring rapid and precise control actions. Note that the ON to OFF response time rating of 2 ms or less is valid for a resistive load. The A1SY60 output module's terminal block includes 20 points, and this terminal block can accommodate various external connection requirements. Additionally, the A1SY60 output module comes equipped with both a fuse and a surge suppressor to protect it from voltage fluctuations and surges and enhance its longevity and reliability. The module’s surge suppressor or surge absorber is a Zener diode. Its fuse option is a 5 A-rated fuse with a capacity of 50 A, and it supports 1 fuse per common. The A1SY60 output module’s fuse is not replaceable. This output module does not support any accessories. The A1SY60 output module can support an external power supply. Its external power supply voltage rating is 24 V DC (21.6 to 26.4 V DC).
