The A6BAT battery was designed and manufactured by Mitsubishi as a MELSEC-A series replacement battery. It can replace the battery in compatible devices from the Mitsubishi MELSEC-A series. The A6BAT replacement battery is compatible with programmable logic controllers or PLCs from the Mitsubishi A Series product line, the Mitsubishi A1FXCPU Robot Control Series, the Mitsubishi A1S Series, the Mitsubishi A2S Series, the Mitsubihsi AnS Series, and the Mitsubishi Q series. The A6BAT replacememt battery prevents the PLCs from losing important application data when the PLCs lose power. The A6BAT battery is a lithium battery. It is also a single-cell type of battery. The A6BAT lithium battery has dimensions that include a diameter of 0.68 inches and a height of 1.32 inches. This lithium battery weighs only 0.02 pounds or 0.016 kilograms. The A6BAT lithium battery’s connector is a 2-pin and 2-wire type of connector. The cable that the battery’s connector is connected to is 160 mm long. The A6BAT lithium battery operates with a voltage rating of 3.6 Volts. It also operates with a capacity rating of 2100 mAH. When not in use, the A6BAT lithium battery can be stored in a clean environment with an ambient temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius or -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The applications that the A6BAT lithium battery can be used as a backup device in include CNC system applications, alarm system applications, machine tool applications, servo motor applications, PLC memory backup applications, power supply applications, and a variety of special electronic equipment applications.
