AY41

The AY41 module is a DC-powered output module that was designed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric. This output module can be used in industrial automation applications in Mitsubishi programmable controller systems. The AY41 output module is part of the Mitsubishi MELSEC-A product series. It comes with 32 outputs that operate with a load voltage rating of 12/24 Volts DC. The 32 outputs have sink loading configurations, making them ideal for different types of industrial applications. The AY41 output module comes equipped with robust protection features, including photocoupler insulation and a clamp diode for noise suppression or surge suppression. Since it has 32 output channels, the AY41 output module excels in handling multiple output devices simultaneously, and it supports seamless integration into complex programmable controller systems. It can be installed on extension bases in large-scale or extended programmable controller systems. The AY41 output module operates with 10.2 to 40 Volts DC of rated operating load voltage. Its common terminals are the TB18 and TB36 terminals, and each common supports 16 outputs. The AY41 output module’s maximum load current ratings are 0.1 Amp per output point and 1.6 Amps per common. The module’s maximum inrush current rating is 0.4 Amps. The AY41 output module’s OFF to ON response time is 2 ms or less, and its ON to OFF response time is 2 ms or less with a resistive load. It supports 1 LED indicator per output point to indicate when that output is active or if it is experiencing an error. The AY41 output module has a 38-point removable terminal block for connections.
