The Mitsubishi Q62DAN is a dual-channel analog output module specifically designed for handling voltage and current signals within the Melsec-Q series. This module allows for two active output points and features a robust performance across standard and high-resolution digital input ranges, enabling it to handle values from -4096 to +4095 in normal resolution and between -12288 and +12287, as well as -16384 and +16383 in high resolution.
The analog output capabilities of the Q62DAN include a voltage range from -10 V to +10 V DC, contingent upon an external load resistance ranging from 1 kΩ to 1 MΩ. In addition to voltage outputs, the module can also provide a current output ranging from 0 to 20 mA DC, with an external load resistance of up to 600 Ω. Notably, under ideal conditions, the module delivers an accuracy of ±0.1% at 25±5°C and ±0.3% within an operational span of 0 to 55°C.
D/A conversion occurs at a speed of 80 µs per channel, which contributes to real-time responsiveness. The device can output voltages reaching an absolute maximum of ±12 V and current outputs up to 21 mA. Safety features include isolation through photocouplers and transformers, ensuring secure operation when interfacing with external systems. The dielectric withstand voltage is set at 500 V AC for one minute, while insulation resistance meets or exceeds 20 MΩ at 500 V DC, providing reliable protection from electrical faults.
Designed to function effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 55°C, the Q62DAN is suitable for diverse environmental conditions encountered in industrial settings.
