It was designed for seamless integration with Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) that are used in industrial automation systems. The Q7BAT battery is part of the Mitsubishi MELSEC Q series, and it is compatible with several CPU modules from the Mitsubishi MELSEC Q series. The Q7BAT battery supports uninterrupted PLC operation and critical data retention during power outages or interruptions. The Q7BAT lithium battery supports data retention for the standard RAM, the latch device, and the program memory in a Mitsubishi MELSEC Q series PLC system. Its compact design makes it easy to install in compatible CPU modules and easy to store when not in use. The Q7BAT lithium battery is a manganese dioxide type of lithium primary battery that contains 1.55g of lithium. Its nominal current rating is 5000 mAh. The Q7BAT lithium battery’s initial voltage rating is 3V. The battery weighs about 47 g. The dimensions of the battery are 24 mm x 24 mm x 52 mm, and it fits into a battery holder with dimensions of 30 mm x 27.4 mm x 60 mm. When the Q7BAT lithium battery is not used, its lifespan is approximately 5 years at room temperature. The Q7BAT lithium battery is designed to be installed inside the bottom cover of a compatible MELSEC Q CPU module. When the Q7BAT battery in a CPU module needs to be replaced, the users must back up the program and data in the CPU before removing and replacing the battery to avoid program and data loss.
