The Mitsubishi QD75P1 serves as a dedicated positioning module within the Melsec-Q series. With the capability of delivering a pulse output of 200 kpulses, this module ensures accurate positioning within automation systems. It is designed for a maximum connection distance of up to 2 meters from the drive unit, allowing for flexible system layouts.

This positioning module is limited to controlling one axis and operates under an open collector-type pulse output. The control systems supported include point-to-point (PTP) control, where users can set linear and arc path controls. Speed adjustments and the ability to switch between speed and position control modes heighten its application versatility.

The QD75P1 offers multiple control unit measurements, including millimeters, inches, degrees, and pulses, enhancing usability across various scenarios. For data retention, parameters, positioning data, and block start data can be stored securely in flash ROM, which does not require battery backup.

It can manage up to 600 entries of positioning data per axis, with entries numbered 1 to 600 that can be configured using various peripheral devices or through established sequence programs. The external wiring connects via a 40-pin connector, ensuring streamlined integration into different setups.

With a current consumption of 0.40A at 5V DC, the QD75P1 efficiently utilizes power while occupying 32 I/O points. This module's external dimensions are 98 mm in height, 27.4 mm in width, and 90 mm in depth, making it compact enough for various installation scenarios.
