The QX41Y41P module from Mitsubishi’s Melsec-Q series operates as a mixed digital input and output unit, offering 32 points for both inputs and outputs. The input operates on a DC voltage rated at 24 volts, with permissible fluctuations of +20% to -15% and a ripple rate below 5%. Each input point draws around 4 mA under normal conditions. To achieve the ON state, a minimum voltage of 19V and a current greater than 3 mA are required, whereas the OFF state is characterized by a maximum voltage of 11V and a current not exceeding 1.7 mA.
Response times for inputs are adjustable, with options for 1 ms, 5 ms, 10 ms, 20 ms, or 70 ms. The output side features a transistor output type rated for a load voltage between 12V and 24V, also with tolerance levels of +20% to -15%. The maximum output current is limited to 0.1 A per point and a total of 2 A per common. Additionally, the module can accommodate inrush currents up to 0.7 A for a duration of 10 ms or less. The leakage current when the output is OFF is minimal, rated at 0.1 mA or less. Designed for standard operating conditions, this module functions effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius.
