The Omron C200H-MR431 module is a SYSMAC C200H series memory unit designed for use in industrial automation applications in Omron SYSMAC C200H programmable controller systems. Designed as a CMOS-RAM unit, this memory module provides its host system with RAM that supports dynamic data storage for enhanced system efficiency. The C200H-MR431 module’s RAM capacity is 8 KB, and it can store critical system data and information reliably. It is compatible with Omron SYSMAC C200H CPU models, and it is designed for synchronized and coherent operation within Omron's automation ecosystem. A key feature of the C200H-MR431 memory module is its battery backup option that ensures data retention even during power interruptions. However, the C200H-MR431 memory module does not include a clock feature. It can store up to 4K words of data that is divided into different types of memory. Specifically, the C200H-MR431 module’s 4K-word capacity includes a user memory (UM) capacity of 3K words that meets dynamic operational needs, and a data memory (DM) capacity of 1K words for efficient data handling. The C200H-MR431 memory module supports a maximum program size of 2,878 words, and it provides enough storage space for the data required for the implementation of intricate application instructions and processes. This memory module can retain all of its stored data for about 5 years at 25 degrees Celsius or room temperature. Data can be randomly written to the C200H-MR431 memory module. Data can also be randomly read from the C200H-MR431 memory module. For ideal performance, this memory module should be used in a clean, indoor environment with ambient temperatures between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius.
